10th ROLEC X-Boil Wort Boiling System in the U.S. goes to Lagunitas Brewing Company
As part of a new ROLEC Brewhouse order from Lagunitas Brewing Company the 10th X-Boil will be installed in the U.S. and makes it one of the most common modern wort boiling systems on the market.
The X-Boil System combines saving of primary energy in the Brewhouse with the high flexibility required in the U.S. Craft Brewing Industry. Compared to conventional wort boiling systems approximately 50% of primary energy can be saved. The system is fully flexible of the cast out volumes and can handle a wide range in wort gravity. Due to the continuous flow through the boiler the production interval between cleaning will be extended. This results in a saving of water and detergent and reduces the downtime of the production.
